Vice President of Acquisitions & Development - Southern California
Privately owned, well-capitalized Senior Housing company is in need of an experienced Development and Acquisitions professional to join their organization as Vice President. This newly-created role will oversee the development of Senior Housing communities on two existing pieces of land; pursue the acquisition and development of additional "open field" locations; and identify and transact opportunities to acquire existing operating communities. Candidates must have proven success in the development and acquisition of Senior Housing properties. The position will be based in Southern California with travel throughout the Western US.


Executive Director/Regional Coordinator, CCRC – Northern California
Well-established, faith-based organization is seeking an experienced Senior Housing/Long Term Care professional to oversee the daily operations of a multi-level Retirement Community for retired clergy located in Northern California. In addition to those responsibilities, this position provides education and direction on all matters pertaining to Aging and Eldercare to 330 members located in five (5) Western states.  This unusual opportunity will be a wonderful fit for the mission-focused individual with strengths in both high-level strategic thinking and hands-on resident interaction. Nursing Home Administrator license is preferred but not required; a clinical background would be a plus.


Vice President of Operations – Southern California
Small, well-funded, and growing Senior Housing provider has created the position of Vice President of Operations to provide oversight for a portfolio of five (5) properties in three (3) states. The company has additional projects currently in development, and will look to grow by 4-5 communities per year. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of multi-facility management within a Senior Housing setting; experience within a growth environment would be preferred. The position will be based in Southern California with travel throughout the Western US.

Director of Home Care – Pacific Northwest
Well-regarded regional Senior Housing organization is looking for an experienced Home Health/Home Care professional to establish and operate a new service platform within their company. The service will be provided both to their existing residents as well as to the greater community at large. Startup experience is highly desired. Newly-created opportunity with a well-regarded Senior Housing organization will oversee the sales and marketing efforts for 5-6 properties in multiple states. The role will be responsible for the development and implementation of a strategic plan for the existing CCRC communities, as well as overseeing the pre-opening sales efforts for newly developed properties. Background in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing would be highly desireable; startup experience would be a plus. Executive Vice President/Executive Director, IL/AL – Northern California
Stable, well-established non profit organization is seeking an experienced professional to oversee operations of a newly-opened Retirement Community in Northern California. The position will report directly to a Board of Directors and will be responsible for all aspects of operations, strategic planning, and marketing. The community is still in the fill-up stage, and proven success in driving occupancy would be highly desired. An excellent opportunity to transition from an Executive Director role to a broader responsibility.

Nursing Home Administrator, CCRC – Southern California
Well regarded, non-profit CCRC is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to oversee operations of a high-acuity Skilled Nursing program on campus. Proven success in a high-acuity environment and/or a freestanding Skilled Nursing facility would be strongly preferred.
